Meet the Team
Dream On was built on the core belief that small businesses are powerful in their communities. Each member of our team brings our unique expertise to the table to help your business with our talents and gifts.
Lisa Kuehn started Dream On Marketing in 2014. After working in Marketing for ten years, Lisa decided to strike out on her own to better serve small businesses in the area. She has a passion for helping entrepreneurs grow their dreams and truly believes that the best economic development happens when local people decide to follow their dreams. She now has 14 years of marketing experience in hand, and 12 years of website development experience.
Lisa and her husband, Keith have made their home in Southeast Kansas to raise their three children, Makenna, Trinity and Weston. They own Dream On Cattle Company and raise Maine, Chi and Lisa's newest adventure Miniature Hereford show cattle. They are passionate about agriculture and devote all of their free time to their ranch.
Prior to starting her own business, Lisa was the Director of Marketing at Coffeyville Community College and served as the Executive Director of the Coffeyville Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2007, Lisa began serving as a Facilitator for Leadership Coffeyville and she continues this role today.
“The secret to getting ahead, is getting started.” --Mark Twain
"Too many times, I hear from business owners, that they are just not sure about how to get started. Marketing today is overwhelming, we have to be diligent in finding a plan that works and makes sense for your business and then implement it. Set a plan or make a goal to do just one thing each day toward marketing your business and you'll be surprised the headway you can make." -Lisa

"Good design is a lot like clear thinking made visual.” --Edward Tufte
This is the design philosophy that Caitlin lives by. "I want the branding process to be broken down in to simple steps for our clients," says Caitlin, "This means that when I take on creating the branding for your small business, it's going to be well thought-out. Having clear communication with your audience is vitally important, and using the proper steps to get there is just as crucial."
Kaylee joins us to help in all marketing projects for our clients. She has graphic design experience and will help us greatly with our website development for small businesses.
Kaylee is from Coffeyville, Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Apparel Marketing and a minor in Business Administration. While attending school for fashion marketing, she found that graphic design was still the one thing close to her heart and what she wanted to pursue.
If you must know anything about her, she is a huge fan of pizza, dogs, and learning new things. She grew up teaching herself basic HTML and CSS, along with other computer programs. Through a job at a local screen printer, she learned that few things make her happier than seeing a project from start to finish and seeing clients happy with the product.
When approaching a project, Kaylee wants to make sure that the work will make the client feel joy and represent their brand well. “Designing doesn’t always have a one and done approach, I like to push my ideas and merge them with other ideas to create a more dynamic piece that goes beyond my initial vision. More often than not, this approach will end with a better result that makes client and myself more pleased with the project.”
